The Training & Development Program includes all training programs or services, disaster assistance, and loss control activities.
The ECA staff works with the Training & Development Committee to develop and implement meaningful and worthwhile programs for various areas of responsibility for directors and employees.
Our staff also works with other training organizations such as the Tennessee Valley Public Power Association (TVPPA) and the Alabama Rural Electric Association of cooperatives (AREA) to form partnerships that will insure that training is not duplicated and is cost effective for all parties involved.
