DESCRIPTION:Electric Cities of Alabama (ECA) is pleased to announce registration is now open for the 2023 Spring General Managers Roundtable Retreat and Fairness PAC Clay Shoot\, scheduled for March 16-17\, 2023\, at the beautiful Pursell Farms in Sylacauga\, AL! The GM Retreat is reserved fo General Managers only\, however the Fairness PAC Clay Shoot is open to all members and vendors. \nECA’s Fairness PAC will host a luncheon Friday followed by the annual clay shoot. Please make plans to attend this important event to support not only the Fairness PAC but also the many sponsors that make this event possible. \nTo register for the Spring GM Retreat\, please click here. Registration for this event is $300.00 and room rates are $380.00 per night. Please know hotel rooms are extremely limited for Thursday and Friday night so please make all room reservations mindfully as canceled rooms may become a liability to the organization.  As in years past\, ECA will book your hotel room reservation for you once your registration is complete. \nFor additional information\, please contact the ECA office. \nRegister Online

SUMMARY:Montgomery Legislative Meet and Greet Reception
DESCRIPTION:Each year during the Regular Session of the Alabama Legislature\, ECA hosts a Legislative Meet and Greet Reception at the RSA Plaza Terrace in Montgomery. The Meet and Greet allows member cities the opportunity to strengthen their relationship with elected officials from across the state\, as well as representatives from the Governor’s office\, Lt. Governor’s office\, Alabama Supreme Court\, Court of Civil Appeals\, Court of Criminal Appeals\, Public Service Commission\, and many others. \nThis year’s event will be held January 26\, 2022\, at the RSA Plaza Terrace in Montgomery. \n3:00 p.m.\nECA Board of Directors Meeting and Legislative Briefing \n4:30 p.m.\nLegislative Meet and Greet Reception \nPlease register online so we can plan for this event. \nRegister Online\n  \nThis year we are not reserving a room block at one particular hotel.
