Electric Cities of Alabama (ECA) is conveniently located in historic downtown Montgomery, Alabama, directly across the street from the Alabama State Capitol and the Alabama State House. The ECA office is open to all member cities and offers parking, meeting space, kitchen facilities as well as mobile office space. Please feel free to check availability for your next meeting at the ECA office.
Our Staff
For more than 15 years, Jon Hand has been involved in government relations on both the federal and state levels. Jon has a proven record of moving municipal power utility legislation forward and he continues to ensure member utilities have low cost, reliable electricity.
Donna Key joined Electric Cities of Alabama (ECA) in 2017 as the Director of Communications and Marketing. Having worked in association management for almost two decades, Donna has a diverse knowledge of meeting and event planning, public relations, marketing, and member relations.
