Sunday, October 18
- 4 – 5 p.m. – ECA Board of Directors Meeting
Monday, October 19
- 9 a.m. – 12 p.m. – Clay Shoot (breakfast provided); Selwood Farm
- 10 a.m. – 5 p.m. – Exhibit Hall Setup; Hoover Ballroom
- 11 a.m. – 5:30 p.m. – Golf Outing (lunch provided); Ross Bridge
- 3 – 5:30 p.m. – Conference Registration
- 5:30 – 7 p.m. – Welcome Dinner; Outside Terrace
Tuesday, October 20
- 7 – 8 a.m. – Breakfast and Exhibits; Hoover Ballroom
- 8 – 11:30 a.m. – General Session; Hoover Ballroom
- 12 – 1 p.m. – ECA/SAPPA Luncheon; Brock’s Restaurant and Outside Terrace
- 1 – 4 p.m. – Afternoon General Session; Hoover Ballroom
- 4 – 5 p.m. – Afternoon Reception
