Engineering and Operations Conference

Electric Cities of Alabama (ECA) is excited to announce the 2024 Engineering and Operations Conference is scheduled for October 14-16, 2024, at Renaissance Ross Bridge Golf Resort and Spa in Hoover, Alabama!

Registration is now open and the early bird rate of $450 per person is available until September. 14. ECA has reserved a block of rooms at Ross Bridge starting at $189 a night. The deadline to reserve a room at Ross Bridge is September 14.

A list of conference speakers and topics will be available in a couple of weeks but please go ahead and reserve your sleeping room at Ross Bridge.

Vendor Opportunities

  • Conference registration is required for each attendee. Registration for ECA Associate Members is $450 and non-members is $500.
  • There will be a vendor hall where you can show off your goods and wares. The Exhibit Fee is $200 for Associate Members and $400 for non-members. Exhibit Fee is one per table, not per person.
  • Name Badge Lanyards Sponsorship ($1,200) – Company logo on conference name badge lanyards. (1 sponsorship available)
  • WiFi Sponsorship ($1,000) – Exclusive Sponsorship of WiFi throughout the duration of the conference. Login and Password will be Sponsors name for additional company recognition. (1 sponsorship available)
  • Session Sponsor ($1,000) – Sponsor will be given 5 minutes before the start of the general session to introduce themselves to the membership. Sponsors will be promoted in all conference materials. (3 sponsorships available)
  • Breakfast Sponsorship Tuesday and Wednesday ($500) – Sponsors will be promoted on all conference materials and announced at the events.
  • Clay Shoot Sponsorship ($300) – Sponsors will be promoted on all conference materials and announced at the event as well as have their logo on the event t-shirt.
  • Golf Sponsorship ($300) – Sponsors will be promoted on all conference materials and announced at the event.
  • Meeting Break Sponsorship ($300) – Sponsors will be promoted on all conference materials and announced at the events.

  • 4 – 5 p.m. – ECA Board of Directors Meeting

Monday, October 14

  • 9 a.m. – 12 p.m. – Clay Shoot (breakfast provided); Selwood Farm
  • 10 a.m. – 5 p.m. – Exhibit Hall Setup; Hoover Ballroom
  • 11 a.m. – 5:30 p.m. – Golf Outing (lunch provided); Ross Bridge
  • 3 – 5:30 p.m. – Conference Registration
  • 5:30 – 7 p.m. – Welcome Dinner; Outside Terrace

Tuesday, October 15

  • 7 – 8 a.m. – Breakfast and Exhibits; Hoover Ballroom
  • 8 – 11:30 a.m. – General Session; Hoover Ballroom
  • 12 – 1 p.m. – ECA/SAPPA Luncheon; Brock’s Restaurant
  • 1 – 4 p.m. – Afternoon General Session; Hoover Ballroom
  • 4 – 5 p.m. – Afternoon Reception
  • Dinner on your own

Wednesday, October 16

  • 7 – 8 a.m. – Breakfast and Exhibits; Hoover Ballroom
