Electric Cities of Alabama’s 2024 Engineering and Operations Conference is scheduled for October 14-16, 2024, at Renaissance Ross Bridge Golf Resort and Spa in Hoover, Alabama. Additional details will be available in August 2024.

Sunday, October 13
- 4 – 5 p.m. – ECA Board of Directors Meeting
Monday, October 14
- 9 a.m. – 12 p.m. – Clay Shoot (breakfast provided); Selwood Farm
- 10 a.m. – 5 p.m. – Exhibit Hall Setup; Hoover Ballroom
- 11 a.m. – 5:30 p.m. – Golf Outing (lunch provided) Location TBA – either Ross Bridge or Oxmoor Valley
- 3 – 5:30 p.m. – Conference Registration
- 5:30 – 7 p.m. – Welcome Dinner; Outside Terrace
Tuesday, October 15
- 7 – 8 a.m. – Breakfast and Exhibits; Hoover Ballroom
- 8 – 11:30 a.m. – General Session; Hoover Ballroom
- 12 – 1 p.m. – ECA/SAPPA Luncheon; Brock’s Restaurant
- 1 – 4 p.m. – Afternoon Mutual Aid/Disaster Assistance General Session; Hoover Ballroom
- 4 – 5 p.m. – Afternoon Reception
- Dinner on your own
Wednesday, October 16
- 7 – 8 a.m. – Breakfast and Exhibits; Hoover Ballroom
- 8 – 11:30 a.m. – General Session; Hoover Ballroom
