Electric Cities of Alabama (ECA) is pleased to announce the 2023 Washington, D.C., Legislative Meeting is scheduled for April 15-17, 2024. The host hotel for ECA attendees and friends will be at the Waldorf Astoria Hotel in Washington, D.C.
